You're welcome to refine the CAD as much as you need. Small adjustments and proportion tweaks are included, and only a full redesign would incur an additional cost. Once you approve the final design, we'll prepare your exact quote.
3. Quote & Approval Once your design is finalised, you'll receive a clear, accurate quote before anything moves forward.
4. Deposit & Production To begin crafting your piece, we simply take the deposit for your chosen gemstones. Your 3D-printed model is cast using traditional lost-wax techniques in ethical Australian metal, then finished by our skilled local artisans. Production takes approximately two weeks, combining modern technology with traditional craftsmanship.
5. Completion & Delivery Once your piece is finished, the remaining balance is paid and we cover the postage. Your jewellery is then shipped to your door, typically within 14 days. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece you'll cherish for a lifetime — designed and chosen only by you.
